Philip Oliveri

Philip Oliveri has more than 40 years of experience in the vertical transportation industry, leading teams across service, modernization, and construction. He has held senior roles at UC San Diego, Start Elevator, and TEI Group. At UCSD, he managed installations, budgets, and departmental coordination for elevator operations across multiple campus facilities. Phil holds a QEI certification and DOB Director’s license and brings a solution-based, customer-focused approach to Patriot’s field operations.
